To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at EVAN@DISCOUNTCOMBINEPARTS.COM.AU or [Your Customer Service Phone Number] with your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over [e.g., $75], as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at OR Contact number 0430609882 and follow our return instructions.
Warranty Policy
All parts purchased from Discount Combine Parts carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. If a part is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the part. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure

These rights apply in addition to any warranty or returns policy offered by Discount Combine Parts.
2. Major Failures
Under Australian Consumer Law, a product has a major failure if:
- The product would not have been purchased if the problem had been known
The product is significantly different from its description or sample- The product is unsafe
- The product is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time
If a product has a major failure, you may choose:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product of equal value, or
- To keep the product and receive compensation for the reduction in value
You may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
3. Minor Failures
If a failure does not amount to a major failure, we may choose to:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Provide a refund
Repairs or replacements will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If you receive goods that are:
- damaged during transit
- incorrect
- missing from your order
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Where verified, we will arrange:
- replacement of the correct product
- collection of the incorrect item where required
- replacement at no additional cost
5. Change of Mind Returns
We may accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
- the request is made within 14 days of delivery
- the item is unused and in original packaging
- the item is in resalable condition
- proof of purchase is provided
Returns for change of mind require prior approval.
Conditions may include:
- return freight at the customer's expense
- a restocking fee of up to 20%
Discount Combine Parts reserves the right to refuse change-of-mind returns that do not meet these conditions.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Products That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns will generally not be accepted for:
- parts that have been installed or used
- parts returned without original packaging
- parts that have been modified or machined
- special-order or non-stock items sourced specifically for the customer
However, these restrictions do not apply if the product has a failure covered under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Warranty Claims
Where a product is believed to be defective, customers must contact us before returning the item.
Warranty claims may require:
- order or invoice number
- product part number
- date of purchase
- description of the fault
- photographs of the defective product
In some cases, goods may need to be inspected or returned for assessment before a claim can be approved.

10. Installation and Compatibility Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that parts ordered are correct for their engine or equipment.
Incorrect installation or use of parts outside their intended application may result in damage and may void warranty eligibility.
Discount Combine Parts is not responsible for failures caused by:
- incorrect installation
- contamination during assembly
- engine faults unrelated to the supplied part
- incorrect engine tuning or operation
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Return Shipping Costs
Where a return is required due to:
- defective products
- incorrect supply by us
Discount Combine Parts will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
