Returns Policy
At DISCOUNT COMBINE PARTS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over [e.g., $75], as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Warranty Policy
All parts purchased from Discount Combine Parts carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. If a part is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the part. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your original purchase information and a description of the issue.
If the Part is wrongly supplied all expenses will be covered by DCP.
