- Responsibility for confirming correct part compatibility and installation rests with the purchaser or installer.
- Parts that have been installed, used, modified, or machined cannot be returned unless they are defective under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unused parts in original packaging within 14 days, subject to approval.
- Warranty claims may require inspection or return of the product before a remedy can be provided.
